Key facts
Free doubles: on hard 9, 10 and 11. Free splits: on all pairs except 10s. Dealer 22: pushes remaining hands (blackjacks still win). The house edge is slightly higher than classic blackjack with good rules.
How to play
Play blackjack as usual. When you double or split in eligible spots, the casino adds a free bet: if you win, you're paid for it; if you lose, you only lose your original stake.
What makes it different
The dealer 22 rule takes back much of the value of the free bets. Because doubles and splits are free, you should use them more aggressively than in standard blackjack.
Our tips
Always take free doubles and free splits when offered, and skip the side bets. No betting system changes the house edge, so set a budget before you sit down.
